Donna's Easy Ravioli Lasagna

The hearty and satisfying casserole tastes like lasagna








Learn how to make this easy homemade ravioli lasagna recipe filled with spinach and cheesy goodness. This dish is perfect for large groups, and potlucks and can be frozen and reheated. Follow along with Donna Ciminera, as she shares her easy homemade lasagna recipe.

This mouthwatering dish is prepared with few ingredients and is a quick but delightful meal for large groups or parties.


Donna's Easy Ravioli Lasagna

Serves 12


Ingredients



  • 3 cups Pasta Sauce

  • Jumbo cheese ravioli

  • Chopped Spinach as desired

  • 2 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese

  • 1 lb. Chicken, Veggie, or Beef Meatballs - sliced into 5 or 6 slices each

  • 1lb box lasagna noodles

  • Assorted Dinner rolls


Directions



  1. Combine thawed, drained spinach with mozzarella and Parmesan.

  2. Pour a thin layer of pasta sauce into the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch baking dish

  3. Arrange half of the frozen ravioli in the pan.

  4. Spread 1/2 of the meatballs

  5. Top with half of the spinach and cheese mixture

  6. Spread with half of the remaining marinara sauce.

  7. Repeat the layers once more.

  8. Sprinkle the remaining cheese mixture on top.

  9. Cover and bake in a 400Ā° F oven for 40-45 minutes, remove the cover halfway through.

  10. Enjoy!
