Humans of Long Beach book Pre-order Today!
Three years ago Englishman Matt Roberts presented his book, ‘Humans of Long Beach,’ to us all at a packed Authors Luncheon. His appearance came with the promise that part of the proceeds from the book would be donated to the COA and ten months later, at our Annual Gala, he kindly presented us with a check for $1,750, and helped raise a further $2,000 as part of our Silent Auction.
Roberts is now all set to release a follow-up book and once again has vowed to donate proceeds to COA. Ingeniously entitled, ‘More Humans of Long Beach,’ the book is a beautifully presented 304 page, hardbacked, full color coffee table book full of stories and anecdotes provided by the people of Long Beach. Expected to be available before the new year, the book is now available for pre-ordering via the Made By Millworks website, www.madebymillworks.com.
